Terms of Service

Agreement

By accessing or using Oasis Guest Lab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

Description of Service

Oasis Guest Lab is an AI-powered guest communication platform operated by Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC. The Service delivers guest communication over the WhatsApp Business API, managed through the Chatwoot interface, and includes automated responses, per-property knowledge bases, operator monitoring tools, and human escalation workflows.

Operator Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and current property details for each onboarded unit.
• Inform guests that AI is involved in conversations where required.
• Monitor conversations and intervene where human attention is needed.
• Comply with WhatsApp and Meta platform policies at all times.
• Do not send spam or illegal content through the Service.
• Keep account credentials secure and confidential.

WhatsApp Business API Usage

Use of the Service requires compliance with the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies or that place our platform access at risk.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for deceptive messaging, misuse of guest data, circumvention of security measures, sublicensing or reselling of the platform, or any activity that violates UAE or international law.

AI Limitations & Human Oversight

The Service uses artificial intelligence, and AI-generated responses may contain errors. Operators are responsible for monitoring conversations and providing human intervention where appropriate — especially in situations involving safety, emergencies, or legal matters. We disclaim liability for AI responses that operators have not reviewed.

Intellectual Property

All platform intellectual property remains the property of Lux Oasis Advisory & Services LLC. Operators retain ownership of the property data they provide and grant us a licence to use that data to deliver the Service.

Payments & Subscription

Fees are agreed at onboarding. Non-payment may result in suspension of the Service. Payments are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately in the event of a material breach of these terms. Following termination, data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid for the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
